Each year, NASCAR Cup and Xfinity drivers elect to wear Dale Jr. inspired skeleton-gloves to help raise awareness and funds for Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Each pair of gloves is signed by the driver wearing them during the race weekend AND by Dale Jr. and go up for auction. The Driven To Give Gloves proceeds benefit the Dale and Amy Earnhardt Fund at Nationwide Children’s Hospital which supports courageous patients and their families in the area of pediatric injury rehabilitation, research, and prevention. The program has become a mainstay of The Dale Jr. Foundation’s annual efforts to support Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
36 NASCAR Cup series drivers will wear Dale Jr. inspired skeleton-design gloves during the N. Wilkesboro Speedway race on July 19. Auction is held July 17-20.
Since its inception in 2017, Dale, Amy, and the legion of their fans have raised over $2 million to help fund critical research in pediatric injury rehabilitation, research, and prevention.
