Auction Winner Shares Her Experience

“The Dale Jr. Foundation is the most classy and caring foundation I’ve been involved with. They are very hard working and thoughtful and are such a welcoming group.

I was fortunate enough to win the VIP experience in 2011, along with a friend of mine, and we were truly treated as VIP’s. Our accommodation’s at the Earnhardt Lake house were breathtaking, the racing/garage experience was amazing, the shop tour and fan experience was super but it was the people that made it so special!

From the time you walk in and see the heartwarming smile of Renee at the front desk to the welcoming girls at the retail shop, you can’t help but feel at home. It only got better from there. To walk through the doors of the shop and witness first hand all of the hard work that goes into a race weekend is amazing. They all work together like a well oiled machine and were so much fun to be around. That too, carried over to the track. Everyone there was so amazing and accommodating and constantly working. They don’t stop from the time they get to the track till the drop of the checkered flag and to see how that all plays out was so unique! Everyone has their list of jobs and they all do their part to make it all come together.

There is a great sense of pride and tradition at JRM and that emanates from all of their employees including those that work for TDJF. Kelley and her crew upstairs along with awesome Lauren and the foundation team are over the top amazing. Even though not all blood related they really are a family and the level of respect is so great. It starts at the top with the management and goes right down through every employee. People want to work there and they want to do an exceptional job. When you have an awesome work environment like that you can’t help but produce great things.

Their generosity in their own community, country and even in Canada, are second to none. There is not just a check written and handed out, there is thought, love and caring that goes along with it as well as physically being there to deliver or assist with projects. To have Dale Earnhardt Jr., his family or his employees bring you new instruments, football equipment or a backpack of food is a really wonderful experience. These people are so amazing and help so many deserving people and that is why I will always support The Dale Jr. Foundation. My children, our friends and family have all got on board and the word is spreading.

We were treated to the most amazing weekend that there are not enough words to express our gratitude but most of all we made friends with some of the greatest people in the U.S.A. and have been in contact ever since. Thank You to everyone at The Dale Jr. Foundation and Jr. Motorsports for the most amazing experience ever!”
